Just joined so thought I would introduce myself :) I am a mother, vegan, Pagan, singer/songwriter/musician, multi-skilled craftsperson, poet/journalist/author, militant environmental and social activist (for both two-legged earthlings and our furry/feathered/scaly brethren) :) Hope to participate in some interesting discussions here with likeminded peeps :)

I was so happy when I found this tribe! All I was thinking was "I'm not the only one?" All my lesbian friends are republicans, nowhere near hippy. I am the token grinola hippy friend. Yey, there are others!

Major shifts in my reality of late...moved to Commerce, GA to work as Office Manager for Drowning Creek Studio, hippie art and old school screenprint studio. We'll be vending at Bonnaroo located in the Centeroo Artist Village near the mushroom Fountain area. Stop by and ask for Hobbit, (that's my more well known nickname). Hope to meet you there.

Hey Mamas, I was just wondering what everyone's hobbies are and if you do any crafts. I make patchwork clothes. I also do a bit of embroidery and am learning to bead. I'd also like to learn how to knit or crochet at some point.

womens music festival in california
